I started this project sommer 2011, the goal was to build a gamingloft room on the upperfloor. Until now the upperfloor has been a cold loft and havn’t been used at all. The primary goal is to finish the upperfloor and have two rooms, one storage room and one room as entertainment room. The entertainment room is gonna be used as gaming, movie and work room.

Summer 2011 I decided to make the garden outside my twin house a nice place to be in and enjoy summer days/nights on.

I decided to put a hedge of thuja brabant plants along the ground border tho get a nice insight and noice protection from the roads that goes around the house.

For the patio I decided to build a wooden deck at 36 square meters built by impregnated wood that could resist weather, water and the wear and tear for many years ahead.

To get a extra wind and insight protection around the patio I decided to build a insight/wind fence at the short sides of the wooden deck, I choose to use a regular tree that we painted whit a white outdoor color.

This is the new home in Örebro where I live nowdays. The house has been a kinedergarten earlier and was in need of some real reparation before it was ready to move in to.

Here are some photos of how it looked before and after the renovation of the inside of the house autumn 2010.

I have replaced the original led indicators on the rear on my KTM 690 SMC, mainly because the original indicators are big and clumpsy.

I bought some mini led indicators from a local motorcycle store for about $20 and some powerresistors and mounted them on the tail.

The original airbox cover is close and doesn’t let the amount of air in to the engine as needed. Espesially if you are you using a trim exhaust system and a different engine mapping. To give some extra power from KTM 690 i decided to modificate the air intake and replace the original air filter with KTM power part air-filter.

1. I first cut of some of the plastic on the original air intake as picture shows below.
2. Then I replaced the original paper air filter with a KTM power part air filter.
3. The results is a much more lively bike. Second gear wheelies, while no problem before seemed, well, less effort.

When i bought the BMW 320d from fabric i choose some M-sport accessories as a M-sport steering wheel and gearknob. I like the sporty feeling of the M-sport accessories and decided to mount some after market M-sport accessories. So I ordered a M-Sport pedal kit from ebay for only $50. Original M-Sport pedal kit costs around $400 in Sweden at our local BMW reseller.

After a week our two waiting for the accessories to arrive I finnaly got the delivery. It was pretty easy to mount this kit to the existing pedals. You only drilled a hole in every corner of the existing pedal and then mounted the pedals with nut and bult.

I recently decided to tint the windows on my BMW 320d to give some extra privacy and keep the heat down inside the car. Especially for my little dog who has to stay in the back of the car in warm & sunny days. And its a plus that I personal think that blacked out windows look fantastic.

I decided to tint all of the windows beside the front window, to give a nice and smooth darkness from the back to the front I used three different darkness of the window film. I choose a window film from SunGuard called Omega.

For the backtrunk window i used a Omega 90 film, for the back side windows I used Omega 80% film and for the driver and passanger windows I used a Omega 70 film.
